Locally owned, McClain Painting has over 15 years of home renovation experience. Jim McClain and his wife Katie are both graduates of Ohio University. Out of college, Jim worked for 4 years at Sherwin Williams while learning the ins and outs of the painting industry, while Katie used her design degree in the fashion world with Abercrombie and Fitch headquarters.
Through Jim’s knowledge of paint and the industry and Katie’s design eye, they decided to start their own painting company.
McClain’s goal is to handle every job with the highest level of professionalism in the industry to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is so important, that we do not get paid in full until the customer is happy. We strive to surpass customer expectations and do all the little things (cleaning, communication, promptness, attitude, etc.) to make this a reality.
